Knime Reports - Image View - how do I add a logo file to my report?

Hello @John_Hayes ,
I found editing the DataApp header component a bit tricky, so we could use the alternative below. In this alternative, we read the image from the local system and then convert it to an image using the [table to image node]. Finally, we use the image view node and wrap it inside a component to add to the report.
