KNIME Server Executor at 90% - 95% and not executing any scheduled KNIMES

Today I was notified that some KNIMEs were not running. At ~5 PM yesterday the KNIME Server I am working on stopped executing KNIMEs that are scheduled to run every 10 Minutes. I checked the schedules, and they were not disabled, and so I checked the logs. The logs for the Executor from yesterday look like this for about 133000 lines:

2024-01-05 08:45:59,608 : WARN : pool-1-thread-8 : : HeapUsageUtil : : : Heap usage (93.77366565167904) above threshold (90.0)
2024-01-05 08:45:59,613 : WARN : pool-1-thread-30 : : HeapUsageUtil : : : Heap usage (93.87132190167904) above threshold (90.0)
2024-01-05 08:46:00,288 : WARN : pool-1-thread-3 : : HeapUsageUtil : : : Heap usage (94.2135538905859) above threshold (90.0)

The Catalina Log File gives me some severe Warnings as well, but I have no Idea what to do with that. Those are a few of them but they all seem to say the same thing anyway:

04-Jan-2024 16:12:13.256 SEVERE [http-nio-8080-exec-10] org.apache.cxf.jaxrs.utils.JAXRSUtils.logMessageHandlerProblem Problem with writing the data, class com.knime.enterprise.server.rest.api.v4.repository.ent.WorkflowGroup, ContentType: application/vnd.mason+json

I have set the Executor to “draining state” in the hope that it would bit by bit reduce its memory usage, but no luck there. I then went through all the schedules and deleted any running instances of Workflows in the hope that that would lift the load, but no luck there memory usage is going up and down here and there between about 90 % and 95 %. Do I have to kill the Executor?
