Knime server login error, cache update failed

I am unable to login to the knime server and each time I try I receive the below message on my console -

ERROR UpdateManager Server @/knime/rest cache update failed - logging out.

I was trying to give one of my team members permission rights to execute one of my flows from their ID on the KNIME server just before this problem happened. To do that, I right clicked on my username folder on the server, selected permissions, then selected ‘World’ and give read, edit and execute rights, and hit OK. After 10 minutes, I was unable to access the server. I am not sure if these 2 events are connected. However, any help in regaining access to the server would be greatly appreciated.

In this case, I have worked with your KNIME Server administrator and a restart of the server appears to have resolved the issue.
