Does KNIME Streaming Executor work well enough? Is it stable and consistent?
Is the output of this method reliable?

I guess you are asking about the Streaming functionality enabled by this extension?

Although it is technically still in beta, this extension has been available for quite some time now, and I’m not aware of any stability problems with it. We have several users who have it enabled in production environments.
