Knox gateway configuration ?

Hello,

I would like to connect to my Hadoop cluster through a Knox gateway to do webHDFS over Https.

I have the BigData extension (free trial) but I don't find any documentation to setup such configuration. I tried to use webHDFS connection node, but without success...

Can somebody please explain how to do that ?

Hello,

the KNIME Big Data Extensions do not support KNOX gateway access. A possible workaround could be to use the REST nodes in KNIME to directly work with the KNOX REST API for webHDFS. Support for KNOX is planned but I can not give you an estimate when it will be released.
