LibSVM RBF: C-parameter > 100?

Hi,

This is my first post at this forum, so I would like to begin with saying hello to the developer team as well as to forum members :)

I have a question regarding LibSVM parameter C. As can be read at http://www.csie.ntu.edu.tw/~cjlin/libsvm/ the C paramerer can vary from 10^-5 to 10^15 (or even more). But in KNIME, in LibSVM dialo, the maximum value of C is 100.

Is it ok? Or am I doing something wrong?

Same problem here, I'd appreciate some guidance on this as well. It seems like a bug if you ask me...

Yeah, that looks like an artificial limitation on our end.  We are looking into fixing this for 2.7.3.

I didn't see anything in the realease notes, so it must have either slipped through on the fixing or the documentation side - could you please confirm which it is?
