I have obtained correctly the coefficients of the model able to evaluate the Sale Price of houses. My question now is:
how I can use the coefficients in order to obtain the Sale Price of a new house for which I know the features without the related Sale Price, considering that some features (for example MSZoning = RL) are not numerical ?
