@booramaravind this is a warning and not and error message. So you should be able to continue. What it says is that there are several columns that would not contribute to the overall model. This is possible if two (or more) columns are very similar.
And example might be if you have a price in Dollar and Cent 1 Dollar would be the same as 100 Cent. So no additional information - or very little if it is 1 Dollar and 98 Cent.
You could check if such columns could be removed before you build the model:
