I have executed MDS node in KNIME. I have a question is it possible to find Sammons error value anywhere in MDS node or to calculate it in KNIME?

I assume you are looking for the overall stress for the mapping to evaluate quality yes?
This isn't currently available, but I can open a feature request for you. In the mean time, have you looked into the R implementation? I would imagine that this would get you what you need for now in combination with one of our R-snippet nodes.
