Merging Rows to add integer values and common ones.

Hey everyone,

I am trying to create a reporting tool that combines relevant data and send an individual report to the stakeholder

This is the sample of my data. If the second column is the same I wanted to add the third column. (as the fourth and first column will also be the same). However wanted to the merge the fifth column where ever the email is the same so as to send the report to that person. (which is still something I'm figuring out.
