Minor change to the order of the Indigo directories

Hi,

Just a minor request.

The first thing a user wants to do when using the Indigo nodes is to convert them into Indigo format first. Therefore is it possible to have the "Molecule Translaters" directory and "Reaction Translaters" directory listed above the other Indigo directories please like the CDK and RDKit directories are.

The Indigo filter directories and some nodes were reordered, thanks. I hope the new nodes layout will be more convinient for users (Please, let us know in other case)
