FYI – when filtering rows with missing values and comparing performance between the Missing Value and Row Filter node, it seems the Missing Value node significantly lacks behind. Maybe worth to check.

my guess would be this is due to PMML generation that takes place in Missing Value node. Possible solution would be to make this generation optional. There is ticket (Internal reference: AP-15071) where I have noted your request.
