This workflow contains meta nodes. However when I download the Workflow the meta nodes dont have any contents.
Is there a archive/repository which has more detailed example workflows?

I just downloaded the workflow to check, and it’s OK for me.
In the workflow, there are several components. To see inside the components, you can either right click them and choose Component --> Open, or you can use the keyboard short cut, which is Ctrl-doubleclick.
(This works a little differently from the older metanodes, which just required a simple double click to see inside.)
