Hi all
The Chembl node is a good starting point to access the Chembl database as a resource. There is also the Document Grabber node (Textprocessing) available to access the PubMed library as a resource.
I would like to convince the KNIMErs, the EBI and the whole community to add more of such specialised "grabber" nodes to KNIME, e.g. Entrez DBs, Swissprot, etc., etc.
