I am using KNIME Nightly Build Version. I get updates almost everyday. But when I updated the platform, I could not see Spark nodes and Palladian Nodes. Should I reinstall the whole software again?

you don’t need to delete KNIME, but you should probably uninstall the nightly plugins. Install the Trusted Community Contributions instead, they are far more stable. You can uninstall Plugins via menu
click Help > About KNIME Analytics Plattform > Installation Details > select the nightly plugins and then uninstall.
