No e-mail notification when executed on server anymore

Hi all,

Since a couple of weeks we don’t get e-mail notifications upon workflow completion/failure anymore. The last mail we received was on 7 June 2022 and then it stopped. We use KNIME 4.5.2 and didn’t unselect anything (see image). Does anyone have the same issue? All help with this is much appreciated!

For digging into this we need to reach out to our Enterprise Support Team. Could you send a message to support@knime.com and they can help you. If possible already include the log files from your KNIME Server.
