if you look for nodes, you can always search the hub: hub.knime.com
If you want to read the image to later on use this inside the workflow, for example a part of a BIRT Report, I would recommend this node:
If you want to afterwards analyze the image, maybe find patterns in the image, look out for our image extension and they again have very detailed image readers with multiple dimensions.
