This sounds like a great idea and everybody can contribute, if they are the first person on a day.
Let me kick this off with the String Cleaner – KNIME Community Hub, which is one of my favorite nodes recently.
It offers several options to get rid of unwanted characters and superfluous whitespace. Additionally, you can pad strings to a specified length and change the casing, which for instance can be used to standardize identifiers of products/parts.

For me, Generic Echarts, the new addition to the visualization nodes, is one of my favorite nodes. Integrating the Apache echarts library and using KAI under the hood are two prominent reasons why I like it.

It is the Duplicate Row Filter node for me! It makes data cleaning so much easier by removing duplicates, and can even helps out in identifying duplicate problems.
