Nodes cannot be created!

Dropping by to say that I had the same problem (“The corresponding plugin bundle could not be activated!” errors after installing the Vernalis nodes) and the same solution (installing RDKit prior to installing Vernalis). Knime 4.5.1, Ubuntu 20.04.

I don’t want to sound like a broken record, but the problem still exists in Knime 4.6.0 (with the same solution).

If you check the highlighted box below when installing the Vernalis extensions then the RDKit ones should also be installed automatically:

It’s not a bug that without them we cannot start our extensions.

Thank you Steve, that would be brilliant, but… this option is somehow not available on my PC… Knime 4.6.0 on Ubuntu 18.04. Is this a Linux-specific issue?

I just made a fresh Knime installation on a Windows 10 Enterprise computer and also there the option is absent. Installing Vernalis prior to RDKit does not install RDKit.
