Not able to access Knime Hub from Knime Analytics Platform (Desktop App)

So I am new to Knime and I am currently going through the self-paced courses. When I double click to open Knime Hub in the Knime Explorer, after logging in in the new dialog box, I am getting this error

"Error occurred while fetching the repository for My-Knime-Hub

Error occurred while fetching content :Entity is not available "

Error while fetching repository for ‘’, logging out.
ERROR UpdateManager Server cache update failed - logging out.

Could you please specify the version of AP you are using?

Also, we would like to ask about log file

  • KNIME logs: <knime-workspace>/.metadata/knime/knime.log
