Not able to run a flow because of new update

I am not able to run a flow. It first says that I need to install the latest version to run the Optimization node and then again I am not able to install it with the below error. Please help.

“KNIME Optimization extension” will be ignored because a newer version is already installed. "

@mani1604 the error message looks similar to what I see on a native Apple silicon KNIME version 4.7 (AP-19894)
