How can I show percentages in cross-tab in KNIME Reporting instead of count.

Cross-tabs are BIRT core functionality, so you are probably better off asking such questions in BIRT forums. Depending on how complicated your cross tab will get, you can also preprocess the data using KNIME (using pivoting and possibly transpose/pivoting to get the totals), computing the final ratios in KNIME and displaying them by means of a simple table report element. If that doesn’t fit the purpose I suggest you consult the BIRT user forums (on eclipse.org or on birt-exchange). We found one potential match so far.
