# Persistent Component data folder

Hi,  
Would you kindly add a +1 for the feature of being able to persist arbitrary data files with a component (i.e. a data folder in the component that persists when the component is copied). The ticket number is AP-6125. Please see [Include data within a component](https://forum.knime.com/t/include-data-within-a-component/25745) (I would have posted there, but that topic has been closed).
