Make sure to click the “Generate image” checkbox at the top of the configuration dialog.

Now I have another problem: When I introduce this chart in a BIRT report as image, it looks so small.

Is there a solution?

In the Image to Report node, the default image scaling is 100x100 pixels, which is almost always too small to be useful. Change it to something like 800x600 instead and it should look much better in your report.

The problem is when I change the size of the image like you said it becomes not clear: Is there any solution to that please?
