From what we can see in your example: a GroupBy node would achieve the task.
Grouping on the first four columns and aggregate with Max. for the combined columns (in this specific case a Sum would work as well, as the combined value is zero)

There’s also the “Keep original names” option so you won’t have to rename the aggregation columns afterwards:
