I would like to create a plot
like shown below. What is the best way to proceed?
I have used the scatter plot but have no option to put the target. So Is there another way I could do that

this is not possible but there is ticket to address it and will add +1 for you. (Internal reference: AP-15096)
In the meantime you can use Python or R Integration to achieve what you need.
