potential problem with Anti-virus software (feature request)

When moving a workflow into another workflow-group I just came across a problem where only part of the workflow is being transferred, an error message is created and the workflow is lost in the KNIME environment. Actually for the node in question the settings.xml and node.xml files were lost altogether.
I was able to get it working (partially) again by copying the rest by hand. I suspect our anti-virus software interfering as I just copied a large amount of data and I got an “Access denied” message even after closing KNIME… It would be good to first copy everything and then remove the originals once the copy succeeded… this way you ensure that the copy is not lost as in my case…
