I’m not sure offhand why you are not seeing the expected results. But there’s another node you can try that is a little less finicky than the External Tool node - you might try this and see if you have a different result.

Hi @mmeseure - You could try using the Bash node, which is part of the KNIME NGS tools extension. The syntax in the node configuration would be something like (assuming Windows OS) cmd /c python myscript.py You might have to play with the path a little bit depending on your system configuration.
