i have 9 excel files and their number of rows are different. the workflow did copy all the rows of each excel.
You told us what your workflow does, but nothing about the actual problem. If not concatenating all the files in a specified folder, what is the workflow supposed to do?

You have to change the settings in the Excel Reader. The absolute file path has to be changed to flow variable URL or Location. Otherwise the workflow will read in 9x the same, specified file.
