Problem Image Reader Node and BMP format

Hello,

I tried to work with some images that are currently saved with the .BMP extension. When I try to execute the Image Reader node, I have errors like : ERROR ReadFileImgTable java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException

What do I have to do in order for it to work? Any solutions?

Hi Miruna,

thanks for your post! We might have already fixed this bug in our nightly build.  To check whether it's fixed, you may try updating KNIME Image Processing to our nightly build (see: http://tech.knime.org/wiki/knime-image-processing-nightly-build). If the problem also occurs in the nightly build, it would be great if you could post one failing example image, s.t. we can try to fix it or contact the scifio/bioformats team and ask them for help :-)Anyway, we plan an official bug-fix release for early/mid january, such that the fixes will also be available in our trusted/stable version.
