Problem updating Knime 3.0

I had installed Knime 3.0 full in Ubuntu 14.

 

But when I am trying to update it, it is showing problem with the update site.

 

Please help me the same is the case with eclipse also

Can you be more specific about the problem which is showing up when you try to update?

When I simply trying to update / install new module the problem persists everytime

Do you get any error messages?
