It appears that the KNIME SDF reader ignores propties in the data block of an SDF. Is this the expected behavior or do I have something set incorrectly?

I guess you expect the properties to be extracted and then appended to the output table as separate columns? As mentioned in another thread, we do have such a node available in-house but have not yet released it (it will be available in 1.3, which should be online mid November). If you urgently need it now, I can send you this node (send me an Email).

Yes, I would expect properties to be assigned to columns in the table.
While this is definitely an eventual must have, it isn't critical for me right now. I've accomodated this by generating a CSV file with SMILES strings and properties. I can probably wait for the 1.3 release.
