Python Community node failed

I’m also quite curious about your execution error (and fixing the problem if possible). The community nodes are not very useful, if you cannot execute code…

Looking for version numbers would make that sure…

Anyhow, I don’t know anymore how to troubleshoot the problem. I’m sorry.

You have already helped me a lot, and that’s very appreciated. @niederle
I’m still not familiar with KNIME, even don’t know how to set up Script settings.

I don’t have anybody around me using KNIME, so talk with guys here is really helpful and I enjoy it.

BTW. checked my KNIME version is 4.1.0, Python Scripting extension version is 4.0.0, both latest.

Then I would recommend to start with the KNIME Python nodes.
The Community Python nodes have been developed at a time, when KNIME did not offer such nodes and they are still maintained because they provide some important features (at least for us).
But, it’s only me taking care of these nodes and I do not have that much time for it and I do not have a software development team around to talk about development issues…
Finally, a lot of thing remain less perfect.
So it might be less frustrating to run some Python code with the KNIME Python nodes
