It seems Pandas is not supported in this version as of now.

Hi @codvknime, thanks for reporting that problem. The currently supported version of pandas for the KNIME Python integration is 0.23. Hence, newer versions of pandas may lead to problems. You can find a complete list of the supported versions for the python package dependencies here. Cheers David

Also have you tried what happens if you do not nurse the .sh file but just use the link to the python environment.
