Quick actions (exec, cancel and reset) not rendered

Hi,

when saving is in progress, takeing some time and you leave a component, something on the rednering breaks as I notices the quick action buttons on components and nodes are not redenred any more.

My steps were:

  1. Execute component
  2. Save workflow (with lots of data)
  3. Navigate to root level of the workflow
  4. Rendering is blocked / slowed due to save process still running
  5. Oberserve the issue

PS: In thge example I use KNIME 5.8.1 LTS RC3 bcs. the workflow was used during Community Hacking days and placed some DB nodes of the future release. With the looming release, I rather wait instead of addressing this nuisance.
