Quickform node Date&Time Input calendar design

Hello there,

The quickform node Date&Time Input opens a javascript view, where you can enter a date. When opening the javascript view calendar the design of this particular calendar is that the first day of the week starts with sunday. Is there a way to change that, to make monday the first day of the week?
