# R-group decomposition output as csv file

Hello Indigo Users,

Can someone help me write the output of R-group Decompositon results into a CSV file?  
I tried different csv writers but of no use.

Your help is much appreciated.

The structural outputs of the R-Group Decomposition node are in the SD/mol format. I don’t see how this can be compatible with the format of a CSV file.

Thanks for your reply.  
Yes, that is exactly the same reason why I am unable to write them in csv format.  
But, I was thinking if there’s a way to change those sdf columns to smiles strings and get them in a csv file. Or get them to be written as properties in an sdf file. Both will help me visualize the data in other software.
