How can we write R script (call a function, load a library, etc.) in Knime’s R nodes?
According to the attached screenshot, what is the difference between each type of R snippet? When do we use each one of them?
If there is a provided example, it will be appreciated too.
Hi there,
Difference from two R snippets on the left to those on the right is that they come from different Extensions. Two from the left are part of KNIME Interactive R Statistics Integration and two from the right are part of KNIME R Scripting extension. Regarding differences between nodes - as can be seen from picture they have different input and output ports (some). For details I suggest reading node description.
Example workflows (together with KNIME nodes) can be searched on KNIME Hub.
Some workflows (ones not uploaded to KNIME Hub by community) are also accessible from KNIME Explorer from EXAMPLES server.
