R-snipplet node

Hi,

I have been playing with KNIME 1.3.1 a bit and it is wonderful!!. I am feeling sort of stupid -- I haven't been able to find any mention of the "R-snipplet node" in the node repository or anywhere (I have a java snipplet node).. Am I missing something? Thank you!!!

Hi Tom,

did you install the KNIME R feature?
The standard KNIME version comes without the R feature. You can either download it here:
http://www.knime.org/download_extensions.html#r
and then place the plugins directory into your Eclipse/plugins directory (same for features),

or use the Eclipse built-in update manager. How to use this is described here:
http://www.knime.org/updateSite.html

Then you should find your R node in the repository. (If you want to use the local R nodes, you have to go to Preferences -> KNIME -> R and point to your local R installation).
