@ScottF I’m wondering if you could help me out. I’m trying to rank a field using the Rank node, but the results aren’t what I was expecting. For some reason, when I use the Dense ranking mode, the same value within the same grouping is getting two different rankings in some cases. Am I doing something wrong? I would think these values would have the same rank…
My first guess is that your numbers aren’t strictly identical. If you render the data at full precision, are the values identical? You can check by right clicking on the table header as shown below:
