Since yesterday a beta version of the integration of RDKit into KNIME is available for download. RDKit is an open source chemoinformatics and machine learning toolkit developed mainly by Greg Landrum at Novartis. The linked ZIP file contains an archived update site, which you can install via the Update Manager. More detailed information will follow soon!
