RDKit + Simple Streaming

When running a wrapped metanode with Simple streaming executor and a RDKit From Molecule follwed by an RDKit Salt Stripper node I get below error.

How can I solve this? Moving RDKIt From Molecule node out of wrapped meta node doesn’t help.

ERROR RDKit From Molecule 4:1:483:0:87 (ExecutionException): java.lang.IllegalThreadStateException: The current thread is not taken out of a thread pool
ERROR RDKit Salt Stripper 4:1:483:0:474 (DataContainerException): Adding rows to buffer was interrupted

System:

Windows Server 2012 R2 64-bit
KNIME 3,5.3
RDKit KNIME integration 3.3.1.v201712181039

Hi,

This is the result of a known problem with streaming execution and some (but not all) nodes. Unfortunately the RDKit from Molecule and RDKit Salt Stripper nodes are both affected by it.

We have a ticket filed for the problem and will get it fixed as soon as we can.

I’m still seeing this issue in 4.1 any update on how to fix this issue with the RDKit from Mol?
