I just put the new Indigo update on this morning, and as far as I can tell, the Reaction Automapper node no longer applies automappings to reactions, nor will it clear existing reaction maps.

Thank you for the bug report. I have fixed the small typo. We have uploaded the version, thus, the new build will be ready soon. The new version contain a new memory model, which is more stable for huge input data tables. We hope that the known memory issues dissapear.
PS. The given bug was not noticed, because internal tests work with canonical smiles and pass for all the molecule nodes but the reaction nodes are verified manually. We have added a feature request to our plan list for implementing the reaction canonical smiles.
