Reading a csv files as a document for text processing

Hi,

I have some unstructured biopsy data as a csv file and need to create a document file after importing the data using the Excel Reader node. What node should I use to convert the excel data into a document format for further text processing?

to convert your data into the document format you can use the Strings To Document node.
