did you monitor the server? How many jobs were there running in parallel. Such event could happen, for example, if there are other jobs running in parallel and those use all of the available computational resources. The solution could be to run on a larger KNIME Server (with corresponding cores licensed), or wait until the heavy jobs finish running.
