Renderization (2D depiction)

hi,

I have a problem with the renderization of the very small molecules with rdkit (2D depiction). When a molecule has few atoms, the image gets clipped.

In order to compare I have tried the renderization of the same molecule with the Marvin plugin. Attached to this post you will find the comparation.

How could I obtain the molecule with rdkit without being clipped ?

(At the end my objective is to save the molecule as SVG using the node "Renderer to SVG").

Hi,

I have the same problem with the RDKit renderer clipping atoms. It would be great if this could be improved/rectified.

Oscar and Simon,

Thanks for the report. This is an older problem that got lost somewhere along the way. I'll take a look at getting it fixed over the next couple of days.
