Replace cells with other columns

Hi Knimers,
I´m trying to replace a column using String Manipulation I can´t find the right input.
I´m trying to replace in new column C with data from column A, if column B is equal than previous row put column A. I have tried with this node but I´m not sure what is the right expression in replace (str, search, replace, modifiers).

Lag node allows you to shift columns. A combination of Lag column and rule engine could work for you
