Row Filter to create a good data

Hello Friends for example, 

 

i have a Data, this data contains more Ayhan than Nayhan, the percentage split shows there are 30% Ayhan and 70% Nayhan, how I can delete the rows from Nayhan to create a good relation about 50% to each other ? I Need to cut some Nayhan, how i can do this with Knime ??
