Running mac terminal command from KNIME

Hi. I have an sqlite database on an EC2 linux server and want to use KNIME to analyze the data. My first step was to use RSYNC to sync the data with my computer but I want this to sync every time I re run the analysis. I guess the other option would be to somehow use knime to SSH into the server to look at the data directly from there, but I haven't figured out how to do that. So maybe there is a way for KNIME to run the RSYNC command in the terminal to update the local dataset prior to analysis.

Any suggestions?

There's an "External Tool" node (it most probably needs to be explicitly installed through the update site).
