welcome to the KNIME Forum! I am afraid you have to be a bit more specific about what you want to do. What kind of sanitisation do you want to perform exactly? From the screenshot it seems like missing value imputation is in order and for that you can have a look at this workflow. If you want to take the first non-missing column out of all the columns you have, you can use the Column Aggregator with aggregation method first and unchecking the checkbox “missing”.
For the report I suggest you have a look at the report designer user guide, specifically you will need the Data to Report node to send the table to your report.

Hi Alex,
The data is not missing, that is the Original Report downloaded. I have just configured it via Excel Reader (XLS). And I have no idea which node to be used to get the desired result as per Screenshot 2.

but we cannot know the logic you need to get from the first table to the second. Column 8, for example, seems to contain only missing values. Is that true? Is the first column in your second table derived from Col0 to Col7, taking the value that is not missing? Then as I suggested, you have to use the Column Aggregator node. If the second column in your output table is derived in the same way from Col9 to Col15, then you need another Column Aggregator node. Both times select the columns you want to incorporate and select “First” as aggregation method and uncheck the checkbox with the header “missing”.
